Probate : A week and a half before
he died, on 11 April 1889 he was declared ‘of unsound mind’ and ‘incapable of
managing his own affairs’ by a jury.
It was alleged that he was insane and a suit was filed on 23 March 1889
by his son Henry W. Cramer.
