According to Hazel Skelly Webb, their
great-grand-daughter, they resided in Lorraine, Ohio.
In the 1880 Census, he is enumerated in two places, once at home and once at
wok apparently, along with his brother W. H. Geller and an individual named
Adam Geller. They lived at a
boarding house called the “Huseman House” at 1136 Water Street in Wheeling –
William worked in the Harness Shop, Adam was a Brickmason, and George worked in
the Rolling Mill (a steel mill).
George’s wife and children lived in the home of his brother in law in
Wheeling on Chapline Street.
