otherwise some text formatting may look odd. Turn JavaScript on. I don’t use cookies. Don’t laugh, …but I used Netscape
Composer, MS-Word and txt to compose the bulk of the content – which is
standardized at Verdana 8pt – though it varies at times; images were formatted
in Photoshop6.0 and Paint Shop Pro – early scans were at whatever dpi and
resolution I could get, but later scans are 300dpi jpegs for important images
that may be downloaded for printing, and 150dpi jpegs for other less important
images and documents. I am not a very sophisticated programmer, as is evident.
